As one of the first companies in Germany, K-Recruiting has appointed a Chief Heart Officer (CHO). With this step, we underline our conviction: companies are above all living environments for people – not just systems of numbers.
The mission of the Chief Heart Officer is to sustainably strengthen emotional well-being, interpersonal quality, and the lived corporate culture.
At the heart of this role lies the philosophy of Body, Mind and Soul:
Body – We promote physical health and a sustainable working environment. Healthy employees are more motivated, creative, and productive.
Mind – Mental strength, resilience, and mindfulness are actively supported. Our CHO develops programs that raise awareness of mental health and encourage creative thinking.
Soul – We place great importance on purpose and emotional connection. An inspiring work environment in which trust and empathy are lived values creates loyalty and engagement.
The role of Chief Heart Officer is taken on by Désirée Kremer, co-founder of K-Recruiting. She has not only helped build K-Recruiting but has also shaped it – with integrity, closeness, and the firm belief that true success always begins with people.
As a mother of three, she understands the daily challenges of balancing responsibility, career, and family from personal experience. This is precisely where her deep motivation comes from: to create working environments in which humanity, emotional strength, work-life balance, and purpose are not just words, but lived realities.
International training in the field of Body, Mind and Soul has further sharpened her holistic perspective. Yet above all, it is her inner attitude that defines her approach. For Désirée Kremer, processes and hierarchies are not at the center – relationships, trust, and a genuine interest in the person behind every role are.
Because where the heart is given space, connection emerges – and from connection grows sustainable success.
“With the introduction of the Chief Heart Officer, we demonstrate that we place people at the center – not just business figures,” explains Oliver Kremer, CEO of K-Recruiting. “We want to create a corporate culture that appeals equally to heart and mind, and thereby set a signpost for the future of work.”
K-Recruiting firmly believes: those who strengthen Body, Mind and Soul equally create not only a healthy and appreciative work environment, but also the foundation for innovation, loyalty, and long-term business success.
